We’ve checked your category sitemaps, and the other categories showing are set to index.
By default, those are added to the sitemap if they are indexed.
To exclude them, you can follow this guide and add their ids on the field:

Unfortunately, it is not possible. Either you can set the other category pages to noindex or you’ll have to use the Exclude Terms filled to exclude them from your category sitemap.
