Let’s follow these steps:
1. Please remove all the Sitemaps from your Google Search Console
2. Submit only one having this URL structure:
https://rankmath.com/sitemap_index.xml
3. Remove the website from Rank Math’s GSC
4. Wait for a couple of days for Google to crawl and index things
5. If everything goes well with GSC, please add your website back in RM and clear all the GSC cache inside RM from general settings.

It is possible that you submitted your sitemap recently. Please head over to Rank math SEO > Settings > Search Console and check the cache option as shown below:
If it is fetching in progress as shown, please give some time for google to crawl and discover your site URLs else click to update the cache manually

We are not seeing any error on this page:

Your Search Console is showing the data as well.
For the Sitemap, can you please remove the current Sitemaps and submit them again in the Search Console? Wait upto 72 hours to let Google process the data again.
