Please note that we only report the 404s. We do not have information on how or why they are generated. You can get further insight into them by enabling the advanced monitor at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > 404 Monitor:

That will give you more information like referrer and user-agent. You can use that information to track down the source or find out if it is just bots generating those errors.
You can also fix these errors by redirecting them to a related page on your website:
https://rankmath.com/kb/fix-404-errors/
Or, you can add them to the exclusion list at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > 404 Monitor > Exclude Paths

Thank you for the follow-up.
The 404 monitor module will show you logs and hits if someone accesses a URL or a file then got a 404 error not found. The Hits will show you how many times that URL was accessed and returned 404 page not found.
You can check the 404 links if they are really returning 404 since you don’t want your important posts/pages getting an error 404. If so, you will need to redirect them to the related page:

Hello,
Some of these are because you used angwp and SEO Watcher plugins in the past. Some pages on your website might still be requesting these files. In this case, where actual visitors are not seeing the errors – you can safely add them to the exclusion list.
You should only be worried about the 404s that should exist on your but aren’t – either because of some error or some other website is linking to an incorrect URL.
