Impressions and Clicks not tracked

    Hi,

    I am facing an issue with Rank Math as it is not tracking any impressions or clicks on my website. It used to work fine previously, but now it seems to have stopped working entirely. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

    To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:

    1. Ensure that your Google Search Console and Analytics module are connected correctly. Also, make sure there is organic data in your Google Search Console or Google Analytics profile.

    2. If the above step doesn’t resolve the issue, you can try importing new data manually. To do so, navigate to the Analytics section located under Rank Math SEO → General Settings settings. Under the Property drop-down, GA4 properties can be identified with the suffix -GA4. Then, scroll down the page and click on Delete Data in the Analytics Database section. Once deleted, click on Update Data manually. Your data will be fetched within a few minutes.

    3. After importing new data, head over to the Analytics page from Rank Math SEO → Analytics to check for errors in the Search Console or any errors due to plugin conflict.

    If you encounter any errors due to a plugin conflict, we recommend running a plugin conflict test to see if the error goes away.

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    To solve this, we need to delete the old data and fetch the fresh data from Google. This is a simple process that you can do by following these steps.

    Make sure you have the latest version of the Rank Math plugin installed on your site. You can check the latest version here: https://rankmath.com/changelog/free/

    1. Head over to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Tools & Status > Database Tools and click the Rebuild Index button.

    2. After that, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics tab, click the Delete Data button and then click the Update Data Manually

    3. This will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.

    4. Once the process is complete. Please re-check the Analytics page and all the data should be showing up correctly.

    Following the above steps should fix the issue.

    However, if it does not, please check if there is a pending Scheduled Action by heading over to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending or you can try visiting the following URL:

    https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending
    

    Then Run the rank_math/analytics/data_fetch scheduled action and wait for the data fetch to complete.

    This is how it should look like:

    Once done, please allow Rank Math a while to fetch data from Google and you should be able to see the updated data.

    You might see other actions that are scheduled to RUN as well, it is quite normal and you don’t have to worry.
