Hi, other members, copywriters, are unable to write Keyword Principal on the panel of the post they write. We gave them permission trough members plug in but nothing.
How to fix it?
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Can you please confirm if you have configured the correct settings for your user in our Role Manager module?
Upon testing, I am unable to replicate the issue on my end.
To troubleshoot further on this, could you please confirm that you have assigned all “on-page settings” access to the user’s role?
If you have and the issue persists, could you please share with us your login credentials in the sensitive area so that we can have a closer look and advise?
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
From your screenshot, it seems that you have already provided enough access to those roles for managing the post’s keywords.
In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
We understand, in this case, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
Can you please confirm if the authors are not able to type the keyword in the meta box or if it isn’t getting saved and disappears after updating the post? You can also share a screencast of the issue so we can check and assist you further. You can use a tool like https://loom.com/ to record and share the screencast.
