  • Hello,

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing with importing the CSV file for SEO meta data in Rank Math. If the import process is stuck at a specific point, such as “items processed: 1000/4372,” and you haven’t encountered this problem with other tools, it might be related to the file format or content.

To troubleshoot this issue, please ensure the following:

    1. CSV File Format: Make sure the CSV file is correctly formatted and doesn’t contain any errors that might be causing the import process to stall.
    2. File Size: Check if the file size is too large, which could potentially slow down the import process.
    3. Content: Verify that the content in the CSV file is structured correctly and doesn’t have any anomalies that could be causing the import to hang.

If you’ve checked these aspects and the issue persists, I recommend reviewing the CSV file content, ensuring it aligns with Rank Math’s import requirements. If the problem continues, please reply here, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. We’re here to help you resolve this issue efficiently.

    Best regards.

Everything’s right to import I still need help.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Can you please share the CSV file that you’re trying to import so that we can check the issue further for you? You can use any file-sharing tool like https://wetransfer.com/ to share the CSV file with us.

Meanwhile, please check the PHP values of your site by heading over to your WordPress dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info tab > Server. If they are set too low on your site, please ask your hosting provider to upgrade the values according to the following and see if that works for you:

    PHP Memory Limit: 512M
    Max input time: 150
    PHP time limit: 120
    PHP max input variables: 1000

However, importing a CSV file is a Rank Math PRO feature, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
