About the SEO details like the title and meta description, you can set it in the WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta, settings a global meta using vars and it should be mostly automated.
About the score, since it needs to run a custom JS to calculate the score, it can be done only in the Edit Post/Page screen, so right now there is no way to get the updated score without entering the edit screen and saving the post/page (but we are analyzing for possible solutions in the future).

Since the Rank Math plugin uses completely different metrics to analyze the content, it is not wise/possible to import the scores from your previous plugin.
You can follow the following guide to reach 100:

But please stay advised that these tests are just guidelines and one does not need to follow them religiously.
At the end of the day, the content needs to be written for the readers and not for the search engines.
Scoring higher points in Rank Math’s tests won’t guarantee higher rankings.
Please edit the product pages only if needed, do not edit them just for the scores.
