Import Settings Error

    I’ve export the settings it was in .txt extension when I imported it says “This site has technical problems. See if instructions have arrived in the email tray of the administrator”

    I’ve changed the extension to .json then it says “The settings could not be imported: Sorry, this type of file is not allowed for security reasons.”

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    The plugin settings should be exported and imported as a .txt document and changing it to .json is not advisable. It is likely that you are hitting one of the server limits that has been set on your php.ini file. Please take a look at your error logs for some info on what is causing the import error.

    I’ve exported and imported even the same setting it is about 474 kb but still gives the error.
