Ensure you are using the latest version of Rank Math plugin. You may refer to our changelog page here (Free tab): https://rankmath.com/changelog/.
Could you please enable debugging on your site by adding the following constants on your wp-config.php
file on the root of your site:
define('WP_DEBUG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
This will allow errors to be written to the file wp-content/debug.log. Please perform the import process once again and let me know the kind of errors that are reported.
