Import fron Redirections doesn’t work

    Dear RankMath support,

    I would like to use your plugin but I have a lot of redirections in a plugin (Redirection (John Godley)), which are not imported by RankMath (when importing it says that it is in progress, but after half an hour no response / action yet)

    is there another way to import the file redirections?

    With John Godley’s redirection plugin you can also import txt or csv files, which I miss at RakMath
    I also miss the option to convert a 404 error to a redirection and then have the 404 error removed immediately.

    When I activate the RankMath plugin, Redirection is deactivated.
    If the adjustments in RankMath are not possible, or it just doesn’t work properly for me, is it possibly possible to NOT use the RankMath redirection / 404 error and still be able to use the existing plugin?

    I would like to hear from you if the problem can be solved

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
