Images not in sitemap files

    Hi! I just added RankMath to my site. Images are no longer showing in my sitemap either. I do have a thirdparty app that’s used for galleries. I’m wondering if that has been updated with RankMath yet? But it should be recording featured images and images on posts within a sitemap. I don’t see the sitemap file? I would appreciate your assistance. Thank you!

    So I see that image references are now added to the post sitemap and a few here and there on others – but not on product pages with image galleries. I would appreciate advice. Thank you!

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Images should have been included in the Sitemap file for WooCommerce stores as shown here:

    We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

    It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

    You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    We really look forward to helping you.

    I also had the same problem. Although my page is new and has more than 100 products, when accessing the rankmath-created sitemap, all images on the product url are 0, though I still submit it to google webmaster. When I search my site on google, it doesn’t even have favicon

    Hi RankMath Support! This particular site is not Woocommerce. It’s mainly a marketing site for solutions and products that complete those solutions. We’re using a WonderPlugin Gallery and Lightbox.

    Hi Amy,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us and sorry for the delay.

    @overwatchvietnam
    , could you please open a new ticket and share some access to your site so that we can check this issue further?

    @amyj
    I believe that this plugin uses custom fields to save image data to the database. I would suggest that you identify the meta key and then add this to Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > Post type > Image custom fields as shown below:

    I hope this info helps. Thank you.
