    Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

That image missing the alt does not seem to be part of the “content”. I cannot make changes to it via the front or backend editor of Divi which means it does not follow the standard process of adding images in the content.

Rank Math’s missing image alt feature might not work on those type of images and you will need to manually add an option in the theme files to have alt text added to the images.

With that said, we are always working on improving the feature in Rank Math to include more types of images in the missing alt images feature. We will add that very soon.

    Thank you.

    Uzair, noted, thank you.

    Understood.

We’re using the WordPress Featured image for the content in question – where the alt is missing.
The content in question is a CPT (custom post type.)
The content is presented via a Divi template we created for the CPT.

Is this a condition you are planning to cater for?

    Please advise.

    Appreciated.

    Hello,

Are you adding the image in the template or while creating the post itself?

Please note that Rank math will only analyse content added while editing the individual post. To include template files in the analysis, you will need to get in touch with the plugin/theme support to integrate the same for Rank math analysis by forwarding this integration link: https://rankmath.com/kb/content-analysis-api/

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

Michael, noted on all counts, thank you.

Your response solves the issue 😊
The image is loaded while the template is processed.
I would need to find another way forward. 🤔

Does Rank Math and Divi have plans to integrate [as with Elimentor?]

    Please advise.

    Appreciated.

    Hello,

Yes, we have plans to make it possible, I can’t say an ETA (yet) but be sure we want to implement it, we know a lot of users would enjoy it.

About this thread, do you have any other questions? Or do you want us to close this thread? In any case, we will be here if you have any other questions or issues in the future.

    Looking forward to help you.

    Noted, thank you, Alberto.

    I’d certainly enjoy it.
