We’ve checked your homepage, and it seems that you have added the wrong image in the social tab, that’s why the default social image is not reflected in the page’s source code.
However, we have already removed that image upon editing your homepage so the default image will be used on your homepage.
Please clear your website’s cache and check your homepage’s Opengraph image in its source code as well.

The first image on your content is being used as the Opengraph image.
Please note that the fallback/Default Open Graph Image shows up only when:
1. You have not uploaded any featured image to a post.
2. You are not using even a single image inside the post.
3. You have not used any image in the social tab.
If any of these are true, then that image will be used instead of the default social image.
However, if you wish to force the use of the default/fallback opengraph image everywhere, you may need to use this filter:
add_filter('rank_math/opengraph/pre_set_content_image', function() {
return true;
});

This is an intended procedure of how we choose og:image for your site.
The default OpenGraph image you select from the Rank Math settings is for fallback behavior, such as when you don’t have any featured image, an image in your post content, or in the social tab of the on-page SEO Meta box.
If you’re using the filter, the only way to bypass the default image would be to add the custom image under the Social tab:
