Image offset

    Rank Math free

As you can see on the screenshots, some images for custom post types and blog posts are too much on the right side and it only happens on the french version of my website (translated with TranslatePress and using Blocksy theme). As soon as I deactivate Rankmath, that offset does not appear anymore and I really don’t understand why.

FYI: I contacted Blocksy and they were the ones that saw the conflict between TranslatePress and Rankmath.

Thank you and have a nice day

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for the unexpected delays and any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Rank Math shouldn’t cause any issues with other plugins or theme styling. We might need to take a closer look at your website. Can you please share the affected URL with us so we can further check it on our end? You may share the affected URL in the Sensitive Data section.

Looking forward to helping you on this one.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I can check that Rank Math is enabled on your staging site and the images are working fine. There is no offset issue:

Can you please confirm if the issue is only thee when you check it as a logged-in user? If that’s the case, please share the login details of the site so we can check this further.

    Looking forward to helping you.

The bug happens on the french version of the website.

    Hello,

I tried accessing the FR version of the website but I can’t seem to find the issue from my end. Kindly refer to my video screencast below:

    https://i.rankmath.com/iGhIC2

If you are still seeing the issue from your end, please clear your website cache and if the issue persists, please follow this guide for initial troubleshooting: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Looking forward to helping you on this one.

It’s very strange that it works fine on the blog page but not on the home page…

Thank you very much for analyzing the problem but for now ill be ok since Blocksy gave me a temporary fix.

    Have a nice day
