If you set the page image the plugin will mark it up Scheme.org for the output in the search as in the picture?

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention.
To include the image, please navigate to Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > include images and featured images on the sitemap. This will then make it possible for Google to index your images and add them to the SERP.
However, just adding the schema doesn’t mean Google is going to pick it up to show beside your SERPs. Your website has to “earn” that by gaining more authority. You can do that by posting regularly and getting consistent backlinks to your domain and to your content.
