I was able to check that the Firewall is blocking the updateMetaroute which is used to save the data.
Please whitelist this route from the Firewall:
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta
You can follow this guide to Whitelist the route:

If you face any issues, I’ll suggest you get in touch with Godaddy support and ask them to whitelist the route.
Whitelisting the route should fix the issue.
