To resolve this, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase Content AI credits. Once logged in, please visit your Rank Math account area and check if the remaining credits are displayed correctly. You can do this by visiting the following URL: Rank Math Account Area.
If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from your WordPress admin area by going to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
After reconnecting your account, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count so the plugin can request the updated credits from our server and display the correct count. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:
– Payments in USD $
– Supports subscription-based payments
– You are not using a prepaid card
– International payments are turned on
– Your IP is not a Proxy, or you are using any VPN or hosting service
If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using a credit card instead.
You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment from going through and request them to approve it on your end.
