    Hi, I want to make sure I understand how this works correctly,

    Rank Math has these recommendations (see image). We don’t use them because we have our own internal processes and checklists that have, over many years now, been proven effective at getting content on Page #1 of Google. I have a few questions about this part of Rank Math.

    1. Are these recommendations more a guide for SEO beginners?
    2. Does any parts of this feature interact with the search engine directly or are they just a guide to optimize the content?
    3. How did you come up with these suggestions before adding them to the tool (I.E. were they based on testing)

    1. Those are tests that we use to run the content analysis and generate the SEO score. These tests help the users to optimize their content for the focus keyword that want the posts to rank for.

    2. The tests are only used for our content analysis and don’t have any direct effect on the performance of your site in the SERPs.

    3. The suggestions are based on the best SEO practices that help the content rank for a keyword.
