Could you please head over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Post types and check if your Coupon page is listed under? If so, please make sure that the Add SEO Meta Box is enabled
Please also note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:

You do seem to be using the Gutenberg block editor, in this case, we do recommend using the Howto block or FAQ block rather than using the ones from the schema generator in the meta snippet box.
Also, avoid installing and activating two SEO plugins on the same site as it will only result in conflicts and having duplicates. You need to pick on one.

Kindly provide us with some page link that you have used it so that we can replicate this. Normally this might be as a result of the theme you are using which may overwrite the default CSS of the Rank Math HowTo schema.

I have deactivated rank math because you did not give me solution. I want to buy the pro but its useless for me if i cannot add schema in to coupon store.
I have also tried the guten blocker but your block is only work with posts and pages but there is no option in coupon store page.
As you see that i have only classic editor on store page thats why I don’t have block option .
Can you help me in this if i biy a pro version?

With the classic editor, you can add the FAQ schema to your coupon pages using the PRO version, See screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/8ePsjt. Again I hope you do not mean the “stores” taxonomy I see under coupons since we do not have an integration of the FAQ/HowTo schema in the taxonomies at the moment.
About Google removing some URLs on discovered it is possible that you have an option of your post types set to no-index and hence it does not appear in the sitemap. This will remove them from the crawled list on GSC.
