You should have in your robots.txt the following code:
User-Agent: *
Disallow: /wp-admin/
Allow: /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
Sitemap: http://mywebsite.com/sitemap_index.xml
You can check it by going to the WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General > robots.txt

Or it automatically disallow the Google to crawl the admin panel?
I went in robot.txt file and it’s only showing
