I Signed up for pro and didn’t receive login details

    Good Day,

    I purchased Rank Math Pro the 59 USD / Year package with PayPal via my account m*********@g******** and I received the purchase information. But I did not receive the login information yet. Any assistance with this would be most appreciated.

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    You should be able to receive your account details after you signed up to Rank Math. See the example email screenshot below:

    If you can’t find your email in your inbox, please check your spam folder too.

    Hello, thanks for the response. I’ve looked in the spam folders in my personal email m******@g******** and the email I purchased from (my company email) m*********@g******** and I haven’t seen the email with the details yet.

    I would appreciate if this can be resent to me in the m*********@g******** if you can.

    To reset your password, you may head over to our login page and click “Forgot Password?”, you should be able to reset your password using the email you use to signup with Rank Math.

    It seemed like it worked with login into my google account for the login with m*********@g********. Thanks for your assistance. I will do this in future and make note of the login page for future downloads.
