    But I still did not receive it in my mail.

    Hello,

    The email reports do not come from our servers, rather they’re triggered from your server only.

    So, our SMTP logs wouldn’t have anything related to your email reports.

    Please check with your hosting provider if your SMTP server is properly set up and is not getting blocked.

    I set up Gmail and still did not receive the report

    I have six websites, but only one receives the report, and none of the other five.
    So it should not be the problem of the SMTP server being blocked.

    Our plugin uses the wp_mail() function from WordPress to send these reports and during some of our tests on your websites we noticed this was not working properly, as we tested this thoroughly.

    So, you need to get in touch with your hosting provider and make sure you can send email from WordPress directly and that the mail functionality is not disabled/blocked.

    Please test your password reset functionality. Even that doesn’t work on your website. So, please talk to your web host about this since we have no control over this part of your website.

    Once your password reset starts working, the email reports will work fine as well.
