The email frequency for the Free version of Rank Math is 30 days. If it has not been 30 days since you’ve set up the email reports, then please wait until that time and you will receive the email.

After that, go to your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions, click the Pending schedules and manually run the email reporting even:
