If I login using google login I get here.
If I login via email (same email as the google login) I get to the account with the pro plugin…

We are glad to know that this issue has been resolved. It appears you have two accounts on Rank Math. The one you opened this ticket with is the free account while the other you mentioned in your description must have the PRO subscription.
Usually, an email can not be used to create two separate accounts. Kindly confirm that the email is the same as the Google Account’s email. If you want you can share the email with us in the sensitive data section so that we can merge the two accounts.
