Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.
I checked the source code of your page and it is having 2 robots tag.
One of them is set to noindex:
Please check if any other theme or plugin is adding that to this page.
To determine that, please follow this guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
I hope this helps. Looking forward to helping you.
Hi,
i followed the procedure but i did not find the plugin causing conflict unfortunately ๐
I need to index my website on Google, in order to complete SEO work
thanks in advance for your reply
Hello,
Thank you for the update.
I’ve tried checking your site using the Health Check plugin, and it seems that your active theme Brunn is adding the noindex
robots meta tag to your site. I’ve attached a screencast in the sensitive data section for your reference.
In this case, you may need to get in touch with your theme developer and ask to disable that function for your site to be indexed.
I hope that helps. Thank you, and please donโt hesitate to contact us anytime if you need further assistance with anything else.
Hello,
You’re very welcome.
Could you please confirm if this issue is already resolved or you still need further assistance?
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Unfortunately the issue is not resolved, the tag NoIndex is still present on the website; where can i find this tag to delete it?
can you help me identify in .php file where the meta NoIndex is located?
in a previous email you told me that it is related to the theme Brunn
thanks in advance, regards
Hello,
Thanks for getting back to us.
I removed the robots meta tag from your theme’s header.php
file and now you should only see a single robots meta tag with the appropriate settings.
If you have any other questions don’t hesitate to get in touch.
