I paid, but there is no credit

    After writing the WordPress article, I pressed the link on the homepage to purchase content AI credits as recommended by Rank Math, and made an annual payment. When I paid with my card, I paid without logging in to Rank Math. The credits are still 0 so where can I see the credit I bought?

    Thanks for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    We can see that the credits are already added to your account.

    In order to fix this issue, please make sure you’ve logged in to the account that you’ve used to purchase Content AI credits, as we can see that the credits are correctly placed on your current account.

    Once done, please head over to your Rank Math Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/

    Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:

    If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again.

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.
