To resolve this issue, please log into your Rank Math account and navigate to the Subscriptions section from the left sidebar. Here, in the Invoices tab, you can find all the invoices for your Rank Math PRO subscriptions.
If you are unable to locate the invoice or if it’s not reflecting correctly, please try disconnecting and reconnecting your Rank Math account in your WordPress admin area by going to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. After doing so, refresh the page and check if the invoice is now visible.
If you still encounter issues, please provide us with the email address associated with your PRO account and the invoice number in a reply to this ticket. Our support team will investigate further and assist you accordingly.
