If your website does not contain the searched term, then you do not need to worry as the 404 Monitor would log the searched URL (if the URL returns a 404 error).

yes, but i enhance the search function by stemming, and splited the whole sentence into many words and spaces. so it is easy to be used in my website if the user search something, because my website always comes out results related by some of the keywords in the sentence.
and we have other functions that make the search results be archived by search engine. it is good for good search, and bad for bad search which are on purpose and illegal, but i can’t prevent from the bad searchs.
so i just need the 404 monitor to include the bad search into redirection to homepage. currently 404 monitor only includes “exclude”.

By saying bad search here, do you mean that the search functions here produce results that lead to 404 errors? Because this is then the only way to which you can have them redirected to your homepage.
Either way, these 404s will be automatically registered in the monitor you just have to do the redirection manually.
There is no need to have an option to specify certain keywords to be included in the 404 monitor as they will be detected automatically.
Hope this is what you meant. If not please clarify more on this and provide some examples as well.
