    Was the payment done via PayPal? If so, do you see the authorization or the actual transaction on your account?

    We looked in our system and couldn’t find any transaction under the email addresses you shared.

    If you saw the money leave your account you should have received an invoice as well, so we would request that you share the screenshot of that so we can locate the purchase.

    we did not Receive any invoice and we made transaction with amazon pay (debit card).
