I haven’t product category in indexed but why my sitemaps

    Hello Support

    I have product categories with noindex tag by RankMath plugin but it still showing on my sitemaps URL: https://www.headphonesadvice.com/sitemap_index.xml , that was my main And as you can see I haven’t product category there and when you clicks there you will 404 page because I haven’t product categories with index. As same as store, blog_tag, category, and others If you’re looking at there. My questions are If I didn’t any so why sub-sitemaps are created? If created by automatic how to delete it?? Because GSC takes it 404 error page and they’re can’t solve it Until it has gone!!! Need to solve.

    It sounds really weird. In this case, I think we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Could you please share you some examples of category URLs on your site.?

    You should check to ensure you have pages assigned to your categories and they are set to index in Rank math > Titles & Meta > Product Categories and also on the individual product category pages under the advanced tab in Rank math meta box.
