    I’ve checked your site, and it seems that the Remove parent slugs option is enabled in Rank Math > General Settings > WooCommerce

    Remove Parent Slugs

    I’ve already disabled that option for you and your subcategory URL now shows the parent categories in the URL. The Strip Category Base will only remove the /category/ in your posts’ category archive URLs. Here’s a link for more information:
