    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account? You can add them in the designated sensitive data section

    Hello,

    We don’t see any payments from that email address on our system so it’s likely that the transaction on PayPal is still not processed and it’s pending.

    When the transaction is approved from FastSpring the money will be deducted from the account and the subscription should update just fine, provided that the account passes the security checks from FastSpring.

    Hope this helps clarify your doubts.
