Hi, i tried disabling all plugins on the main site elikarealestate.com then activated rankmath but still did not work. Also after running the setup wizard and trying to edit pages i noticed they then started to show a 404 page error. I have updated our cloudflare for the exclusion i believe properly but no idea why can get the rankmath work. Please let me know, thank you

As for your blog site (www.elikarealestate.com/blog), I noticed a duplicate Rank Math plugin so I went ahead and attempted to re-install everything, however, I can’t seem to install it as your Cloudflare service is blocking us. Please refer to my screenshot below:

Yes the main site and blog both experience issues with the plugin. As explained on the main site title and descriptions cannot be saved Anne as blog but on main site even worse after trying to edit pages then they show as 404 errors. Please send me your IP I will as a rule for cloudlfare to allow.

Our team is distributed around the world and we use dynamic IPs, so even if you whitelist one particular IP now when we get back to the ticket our IP might already have changed.
So, whitelisting a particular IP won’t help much.
In this case, you can whitelist or open access to countries India, Portugal, and the Philippines to investigate this issue on your site.

For the first site, I can check that the updateMeta route is returning a 403 error and that’s why the metadata is not saving. Please check if you are using a Firewall, as it may prevent saving the changes.
If you are using a Firewall, please whitelist this route:
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta

Hello, I do not believe we have a firewall. The blog is hosted on the same cloudways server through same cloud flare. Not sure what to do.
I found a firewall funtion in Cloudflare but not sure what FIELD from the pulldown to select.

Unfortunately, Rank Math’s API route is still throwing a 403 error which means the route is blocked by the server. Can you please check this with your hosting and see if you have any other security services that might be blocking the said route?
As for the /blog/ site, we are still blocked by the server from uploading a plugin. Can you please share your FTP login instead so we can manually install Rank Math?

I contacted cloudways and they said” File permission got reset back master_user and Varnish was purged” hopefully will work now. I also uploaded the plugins into the blog, before activating can you please make sure to import the meta tags and redirects on both sites. thank you

The updateMeta route is still returning a 403 error on your sites and getting blocked. I can check that you also have Sucuri Security installed on your site. If you are using their firewall, you should try whitelisting the route in that too.
