    After I paid for the pro version of the account sheet through paypal, it prompts an error:
    “Store Error

    An unexpected error was encountered. Please try again, or contact us at questionacharge.com for assistance.”

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    The payment is pending from our side:
    pending payment

    We are canceling it. You need to use a Credit card to complete the payment.

    Hope that helps.

    But I haven’t received the refund yet, and when I create the order again, it says: “Sorry, your order is temporarily unacceptable. We value your order and would like to assist you in fulfilling it. Please contact us for assistance .”

    As you can see from the note in that order that is just the authorization and not the actual payment. This is standard practice when using services like this because the service first needs to check and see if there are funds and if the bank is authorizing the payment.
