    I have hit save button of permalink and sitemap setting, after that url updated in sitemap, but do i need to do it everytime when i add any post? Moreove, Google search console reply: index but not submitted in the sitemap”

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    No this will actually not be required in order to update your site links on the sitemap. It is likely that your sitemap is getting cached on your site.

    Please add a new exclude rule on your caching plugin to prevent caching of the sitemap_index.xml file. This should fix the problem.
