HI, I am reaching out because I have AI credits but my rankmath plug-in is telling me I do not have any, can you help me.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We’re sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with your Content AI credits.
To resolve this issue, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits. Once logged in, head over to your Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL: Rank Math Account
Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account by heading over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and display the correct one. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

We can see that the Content AI Starter Trial is active on your account.
Can you please confirm if you can see the correct number of credits over here:
http://rankmath.com/my-account/websites.If you can see the correct number of credits as suggested above then this is a problem with the syncing of information between your Rank Math Account and your website.
Disconnecting and then reconnecting your account should mostly resolve this, so you can follow the steps suggested below:
1 . Please verify that you’re running the latest versions of the Rank Math plugins? According to the Rank Math changelog https://rankmath.com/changelog.
2 . After that, you may try disconnecting and re-connecting Rank Math to see if that works for you.
You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.
3 . Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.
4 . Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now.
5 . After doing this, refresh the credits to start using Content AI. Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI scroll down and click on the refresh icon to refresh the credits.

Hello, thank you for getting back to me, Yes I did all of those steps still shows 0 credits. I got an email that said I got more credits but I still no credits in my account.
