Google extracts the post date from the post content and thus it is not possible for an SEO plugin to control this.
To be able to remove all the dates from the SERP result, you will need to get in touch with your theme author so that they can help to clear the PHP code that adds the post date on the template.

As you might be aware by now, Google picks and shows the dates that they see in the content itself. And this something an SEO plugin cannot control. Therefore it is not possible for Rank Math (or any other SEO plugin) to add or remove dates from search engine results pages for your website.
