I don’t see my Starter Credits?

    Hello…..I just purchased the starter packet…..I was using free on my site. I have refreshed the site but don’t see them yet. Also…is the pro plan different than the starter plan?

    I have turned on the content ai switch in settings in wordpress..anything else I need to do?

    I appreciate the help.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. We are sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    To answer your question, yes, the PRO plan is different from the Content AI Starter Plan. You can purchase the Rank Math PRO plugin here: https://rankmath.com/pricing/

    Back to the issue, please ensure that your Rank Math plugins are already updated to their latest version:

    If the issue still persists, please follow these steps:

    1 . Please clear the transients at Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients

    2 . After that, you may try disconnecting and re-connecting Rank Math to see if that works for you.

    You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

    3 . Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

    4 . Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now.

    5 . Once all the above steps are done you might need to refresh the credits again this time to start using Content AI.

    Please head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Thank you Caleb for the quick help! Are the setting you show above in the Pro version? or the free version? I only have the free version installed at this point. So I don’t really see any of that. I disconnected and reconnected the account and still no credits. My version is current as well.

    Hello,

    The settings shown above, are in the FREE version of Rank Math. Please make sure Advanced Mode is enabled in your Rank Math settings as some settings are only available when Rank Math is in Advanced Mode.

    If you haven’t changed the mode during the Setup Wizard, you need not worry, as you can switch between modes at any time from the top-right corner at WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard.

    Please try to steps shared earlier again and let us know if you still experience the issue.
