i created a new post but search console doesn’t showing that up in sitemaps

    I just installed rank math plugin. According to the plugin, Any new post will be automatically pinged to search console to be crawled but when i published my post i can’t see my post in google search console sitemap. even though the post has been successfully added in the /sitemap_index.xml. My question is if the post has been added in /sitemap_index.xml file then why search console is not showing it up? i also waited for three hours but still i can’t find my post in google search console sitemap.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Even pinging the Google Search Console, it doesn’t mean Google will instantly crawl the sitemap.
