The stand alone Review schema type has long been discontinued because Google no longer supports self-serving reviews:

If you wish to use reviews, you can use any other supported Schema type like products, Recipe, etc. Here is a list of the schema types that currently support rating according to Google: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/data-types/review-snippet
