You have to enable the post or the page sitemaps by going WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > Posts/Pages. With nothing to show inside, the sitemap_index.xml file is showing a 404 error.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

I’ve checked your site, and it seems that you have some rewrite rules in your .htaccess file which might be the reason for that issue.
In this case, please try using a default .htaccess file and check again. Here’s the link for your reference:

Please also check if you have any static sitemap files in your website’s root directory. Rank Math’s sitemaps are generated virtually. If so, please delete them and check if the sitemaps are working fine.

It seems there is another sitemap that is currently rendered on your website as you can see in the screenshot in the Sensitive Data section.
Could you please check your website directory or your FTP if there is another physical sitemap file there? Please remove it if you found one.
