I can’t see canonical tag in the source code on my website, although it is all set in Rankmath advanced settings. Actually every single page is set to have a self-referencing canonical tag.

Your entire website is set to
noindexwith the settings from WordPress from Settings > Reading:
​​​​​​​Our canonical tag will only show if your pages are set to be indexed and they should show after you remove that option.
