I can´t save options for analytics - Support

Rank Math free

I want to save the options for analytics but I don´t have the option for save like the instructions. I’m using the last version.

The option of search console is green.

I have in the end of the page the buttom Save but when i selected this option i receive a message of “There are unsved changes”

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Can you please check if you are using Google Analytics 4? If you are, then it will not work on Rank Math. GA4 is relatively new and is not yet ready for 3rd party integration.

Hello,

Can you please confirm if you were using Firefox to save the settings?

If so, could you please try saving the settings using Chrome?

I logged in to your site and re-created the database tables, and was able to save Analytics settings.

However, there were two similar properties of your domain one with www and another without www, I guess I selected the wrong one.

Could you please follow the steps mentioned in this guide:

Hello
I was using Firefox because i thought that the problem will be by with the explorer.
The property ComercialCLZ was created because i did the first step about GA4 that you required to create it. Now i deleted this property and others that don´t have information.
I followed the steps but i returned to the step that i can´t save because i received the message error.

I’ve tried checking your Google Search Console and Analytics, and it seems that it is already connected to your website. Please see the attached screenshot in the designated Sensitive Data section.
