Could you try to remove the plugin and install it again? Don’t worry, your settings won’t be removed so once you install it, everything will be there.

When I make changes in Rank Math and click the button to save changes, I get a blank page at mydomainname.com/wp-admin/admin-post.php. I am getting that blank page no matter which settings page I am updating. I then have to use the back button to go to other Rank Math pages to change settings.
Rank Math is not saving my settings when it leaves the page where settings were made, then goes on to the blank admin-post.php page. Basically, at this point Rank Math is not keeping any settings in the admin area.
I disabled every plugin, one by one, and nothing changed. The settings pages still go to a blank page.
plz resolve this issue.

I have tested it and the issue still happens with only Rank Math enabled and using a default theme, so it doesn’t seem to be a plugin or theme conflict.
Could you give us some FTP access so we can modify the wp-config.php file to test a few things?

It looks like there are a couple of issues on your website.
1. You have to update to PHP 7.3
2. You are hitting a timeout on your server. Please ask your web host to increase Max input time from 300 to 600 (or more if it doesn’t work)
PHP max input variables from 1000 to 3000
PHP time limit from 600 to 1200
