I can’t read my tickets!!!

    🚨 URGENT 🚨

    I made a claim through a ticket for the amount to be charged for the annual license. I didn’t receive a response. You disabled my business license. Now I can’t see the response to the tickets. My complaint was clearly about unfair treatment regarding fares and broken promises on previous tickets. I still haven’t received a response from you and now all the sites I have, have fallen into the free license, along with all the inconvenience this causes me.

    It is a lack of respect and compliance on your part. I need you to answer me immediately. You hurt my clients and my company.

    It looks like your Business plan has expired already, which is why you are now on the FREE plan. And since FREE users can’t access the PRO forum, that would explain why you were unable to access your tickets in the PRO forum.

    I have just moved your most recent ticket to the FREE forum, so you should be able to access and see our reply to the ticket.
