The error in your case is related to the PHP version on your server, please get in touch with your hosting provider and ask them to upgrade the PHP version on your server to at least 7.4. The lowset version of PHP that we support is 7.2 but we recommend having PHP 7.4+ to maintain the smooth operations of the plugin.
Additionally, please also make sure that the below values are set:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000
Once done, please clear your website’s cache and see if the issue still persists. Please let us know how this goes.
