Could you please confirm if the page you are editing is not through the Theme builder templates? If so, the icon will not be available in the Theme Builder Templates as these templates are not the actual post types and therefore Rank Math doesn’t add the meta box.
If the Rank Math icon is still not showing on a normal post/page, please make sure that both your Rank Math and Divi are in the latest versions. You may check the changelogs here:

It is also possible that there are other plugins that are conflicting with Rank Math and Divi. You can determine that by following this troubleshooting guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
