I cannot view my previous ticket

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    When I was trying to update the ticket, I accidentally select as ”RankMath Pro” and now I cannot view my previous ticket, which says this is Private. Can you please make it appear for me again?

    I was planning to add a comment on the ticket, that would be good if you can add this:

    ”As I checked the issue by using Health Check plugin, I activated only Classic Editor and Rank Math, the issue is still there. That looks like conflick with theme but please note, I have used this around one month with no issue, when I deactivated, and activated, I lost this feature.

    Someone replied to the ticket of ”I cannot view my previous ticket” but I still cannot view this ticket. Please help me with this issue.

    We have moved the ticket to the Free section and you should be able to access it now.
