I am not sure what I am meant to see because I am a new user and the website is quite new (although has been online for over 4 weeks)

The performance tab is there to show how your site is being accessed and the keyword it is appearing and being searched with. It is meant to help you know what to focus on while optimizing your site in regard to your users.

In your case it is likely your site hasn’t collected data yet. Please check in your Google Search Console if there are any activity data on your site. If there are please let us know so we can look into this further.

Hello,

I clicked on update manually in Rank math > General Settings > Analytics. Currently it is fetching in progress. Please give it sometime to fetch then check again.

Please note that if you verified your site with V4 of Google Analytics, Rank math is currently not working with this.

We will be working on that very soon.

Hello,

Please follow these steps:

If you are not seeing any data inside your Analytics module, this guide might help you.

<h2>A. Pre-check List</h2>
1. You should not be using Google Analytics v4 or Matomo Analytics.

2. Update to the latest version of Rank Math Free & PRO

3. Ensure that you are logged in to your paid account:

4. Disconnect and reconnect your account from inside WordPress:

<h2>B. Refresh Tokens</h2>
1. Please delete RankMath’s app from here:
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

2. Re-create tables by clicking WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Re-create database Table button.

3. Reconnect the account inside Rank Math by clicking here and ensure that you approve all the permission notices that shows up:
WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the Reconnect link

4. Let the process complete and it might take around 30 minutes.

5. Now head over to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Rebuild Index for Analytics button.

6. Please check if the data shows up here:
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math-analytics#/

If that does not help, please paste the data from here:

Hi there, thanks for your help but my Status and Tools looks completely different to yours, as you can see on the right side of the screen grab. The window of the next step looks different in my console as well, so I have aborted the solution to ask for more help.

Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. We give you an option to choose between the two during the setup wizard and you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode.

You can switch to the Advanced Mode from the top-right corner at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard

Hello,

Could you please check your Google Search Console if there is actual traffic/clicks/impressions data? You can also share some screenshots with us.

Do note that the statistics that appear in the Rank Math Analytics module only track posts and keywords that rank in the top 100 positions and have at least 1 click in the selected timeframe. We do this to help make decision-making easier and for faster data processing since this is the data you really need to prioritize your SEO efforts.
