If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using a credit card instead.
You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment to go through and request them to approve it on your end.

If the issue still persists, please provide the last 4 digits of your card or the email address you used to purchase so we can locate the transaction to check what happened. You can add them in the sensitive data section
